📲 How to Use the HonestCreators App

Watch the video above first, then use this full guide to walk through everything step-by-step.

1. Accessing the App

To get started, tap the Product Portal link in the menue (☰) at the top of the screen. This will open up the HonestCreators homepage in your mobile browser. This page is your main hub – it shows all the products we’ve curated with boosted commission rates, exclusive to our community.

2. Save the App to Your Home Screen

To make it easier to check back regularly, we recommend saving the app to your phone’s home screen. This turns it into an app-like experience, letting you access the portal with just one tap.

• For iPhone users:
  • Tap the Share icon (bottom of the screen in Safari).
  • Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  • Tap Add again to confirm – you’ll now see the HonestCreators icon on your phone.
• For Android users:
  • When the site loads, you’ll likely see a banner asking if you want to save the app to your phone. Tap Install.
  • Or, open the browser menu (three dots) and select Add to Home Screen manually.

Once added, you can simply tap the icon like a normal app to open the brand portal at any time.

3. Navigating the Product Dashboard

The homepage displays a scrollable list of hundreds of affiliate products, each with key details like:

• Open Plan Commission Rate (available to everyone)
• Boosted Rate (what you earn as part of HonestCreators)
• Units sold to date
• Star rating (based on TikTok Shop reviews)
• Estimated earnings per sale

This list updates weekly, so it’s worth checking in often for new high-commission opportunities.

💡 Tip: If the product list looks the same as last time, swipe down on the screen and tap the refresh icon at the top, or simply close and reopen the app to ensure you're seeing the latest info.

With so many products available, it’s worth using the built-in filters and search tools:

• Tap the Search bar to look up specific brands or items (e.g. “Doctor Dent” for teeth whitening).
• Use the Filter tool to narrow down products by:
  • Category (e.g. Beauty, Home & Garden, Electronics)
  • Commission rate
  • Number of units sold
  • Review score
  • Availability of free samples
  • Price range
  • Highest paying offers

🧠 Pro tip: Search for the products you're already promoting to check if we can get you a better rate. If we can – switch and start earning more.

4. Viewing Product Details & Deal Expiry Dates

Interested in a product? Tap More Info to see expanded details including:

• Full product description
• Sales performance
• Commission rate breakdown
• Deal Expiry Date

🕒 Why deal expiry matters: Boosted commission rates don’t last forever. Once a deal expires, your rate will drop back to the public rate (Open Plan).
If you're still promoting a product after its expiration, just check back on the portal – we may have negotiated a fresh deal for you.

5. Adding a Product to Your Showcase (TikTok Shop)

To promote a product, tap Add to Showcase. This does two things:

1. It opens your TikTok Affiliate Dashboard with the product added.
2. You’ll see all the key stats including your commission, earning per unit, and more details on the product.

6. Requesting Product Samples

Once the product is added to your showcase, here’s how to request a sample:

• Tap View More Details from the pop up that loads once you click our link AFTER you add it to the showcase.
• Scroll to see if a “Request Sample” button appears.

There are two possible paths here:

1. Button appears: Tap to request the sample immediately. This means HonestCreators can directly approve samples on your behalf.
2. Button doesn't appear: Don’t worry – it doesn’t mean the sample isn’t available. It could mean:
   • The brand hasn’t allocated samples to us yet.
   • The allocation has run out.

In that case:

• Head to your Showcase tab inside TikTok Shop.
• Tap the product you just added.
• Pull up the dashboard and tap Get Sample (if available). This allows you to request it directly from the brand.

7. Accessing Training & Coaching Calls

Inside the top menu (☰), you’ll find a link to Course Login.

• If you’re part of the HonestCreators training program, tap this to sign in (via Colab).
• Once logged in, you’ll see:
  • A full course library
  • Coaching call recordings
  • Training materials
  • Task walkthroughs

This is perfect if you missed a session and want to catch up on valuable guidance.

8. Requesting New Products or Better Commission Rates

Have a product in mind that’s not listed in the portal? Or already promoting something with a higher rate than what’s shown?

Head to the Request a Product section:

• Fill in the product details
• Let us know your current rate (if applicable)

We’ll contact the brand and either:

• Negotiate a boosted rate for everyone
• Match (or beat) your current commission offer
